Salimpour Vocabulary (J2) Prep
One day of level 2 vacabulary prep intro!
Taught by L5 Licensed Salimpour Instructor Rachel. This workshop open to all levels, but is ideal for dancers familiar with Salimpour Vocabulary (J1), a great refresher for all levels of certified dancers. A perfect oportunity to practice for the Institute Foundations 2 course and Bal Anat training!

Work-out clothing/yoga attire

We dance barefoot but you might want dance shoes or paws, yoga socks ok, no regular socks
Ear plugs

Foam roller
Finger cymbals (extras on site)
